Jodie Hawkins
Associate Director
Jodie qualified as a mainstream teacher in 1991 and started her career working in East London. She loved the diversity and the challenges and spent 10 years working in a big primary school with varying roles and responsibilities, mostly within Early Years. Jodie relocated with her family to Wiltshire in 2001 and started working for the Home Tuition service which supported young people who had been excluded from school. This led to her to working in a large special school in Salisbury where she remained for 20 years! Jodie started there as a class teacher working with children who had moderate and severe intellectual disabilities as well as some children who had very complex and profound disabilities. Her specific interest and subsequent skill development was in supporting and teaching those with a diagnosis of Autism and behaviours that challenge. Jodie met Corinna and Freddy 11/12 years ago and got involved with a project that was being set up at the school, which then resulted in other projects and programmes, and it was from then on that her interest in behavioural science really grew! Jodie completed the ABA Masters at Bangor and took on further leadership in Behaviour Support in the school. She is now an associate Director with CBS.

Kate Geary
Independent Consultant
I have been working with children and adults with additional needs for 20 years. Most of my working week is spent interacting with learners because that is what I love. Tailoring environments for individuals to be heard and learn the skills they need most through behaviour science is what I strive for. I love swimming, cycling and play therapy. I have a grown up son and 10 year old granddaughter who loves our house because it is full of toys.
